Buyer ordered item shipped air mail with tracking from Hong Kong (Hong Kong Post). Buyer opened AMEX dispute through Paypal within 3 weeks of the item being shipped, refused to wait for the item clearing US Customs even though they had a tracking number. Had to contact USPS for proof of delivery so buyer couldn't claim the item and a refund, item returned to sender and I had to pay for the shipping charges. Do not waste time and money dealing with this buyer. They are a husband and wife team, go by the names: Sarah Hill and Paul Acson
