Blames seller instead of himself for not checking item upon receipt. eBay shut down his attempt at a refund since the sale was three months old. But Barvinsky escalated return through PayPal getting a full refund for an item he was able to use for three months! Typical Russian scammer, beware! |

No there was nothing wrong. its a typical asshole commie from NY that is trying to rip you off. There's alot of commie assholes in the nj/ny area that pull the scam all the time. 3 months was prob. the deadline before the time limit expires for him to falisfy a claim. First off, there's only a 60 day window not 90 days. dont know how that could be done unless his credit card company allowed it to happen.
