In Nov of 2016, this customer claimed to be an outside sales guy for Continental Mfg dba Solas Ray Lighting in Anderson, IN. He placed a $5,600 purchase order with our company under Net 30 terms. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received payment at the end of February 2017. The customer then contacted us and claimed to now be an outside sales guy for New Solutions Group in Pinson, AL. He then placed a purchase order for almost $5,000 in February of 2017. I have yet to collect payment on this order and he doesn't ever respond to emails or answer his phone.
