RETURNS BRAND NEW ITEMS, BUT DAMAGES THEM BEFORE RETURNING. Then leaves negative feedback because I would not pay for her shipping costs.

Her original complaint was that item was not as listed. Item sold was chrome tea kettle. She stated she thought it was stainless steel (even though pictures clearly showed a chrome finish). Trying to offer good service, I allowed her to return the item. Item she returned was damaged by her. Retail box had large hole in outside, item was not packaged properly in retail box. Item was damaged even though the item sent had been new in retail box.

She sent item back in same box I had sent it to her in, no damage to outer box. She damaged the merchandise.
