Details: | This is the worst troublemaker we have ever seen in eBay since 2006 when our membership started. We shipped the item within 1 business day after the order was placed, and passed the tracking number into eBay on the very same day. Canada Customs or Canada Post caused a delay of a couple of days on the shipment, so the delivery time slightly exceeded eBay's estimation. We explained the buyer that the delivery estimation provided by eBay was just an estimation, and not some sort of guaranteed delivery time. Some times postal services may cause delays especially when Customs are also involved in the shipment. We received 56 messages from this buyer for an item of just $27.90! Lots of complaints and threats with eBay feedback! eBay removed the negative feedback he finally left. Fortunately, eBay offers a buyer blocking list. Indeed, we have permanently blocked him from future business, and we recommend all sellers do the same. WARNING SELLERS: If you receive an order from him, find an excuse so as to cancel it; otherwise prepare yourselves for real trouble and spending a lot of your valuable time with this weird dude. This guy definitely needs medical treatment! |

Wow, this guy is such a liar. I did not pay with PayPal, I payed with Visa Debit. Yes he "shipped" the package 2 days after the orde, it was not scanned into customs for a whole month.
In this sellers description he says " we take pride in our supplier. You will not get parts in plain white boxes." What did I get a piston kit in a plain white box. He claims his supplier ran out of boxes because of the Turkey earthquake several months ago.
I just did what any buyer would do, when he feels frauded, contacted eBay.
Yes there was alot of messages back and forth, I work with my chainsaw for a living and was not receiving my part on time. I had to rent a saw for 2 different jobs. The seller did not care why the package was not scanned into Canada customs for 1 whole month. He would not have his carrier investigate what was going on.
So the above is a 90% fictitious story to try and slander me on eBay because I wanted my purchase on time and as discribed in his description

Our responsibility as the seller is to ship the items within 1 business day, as we declare in eBay, and also upload the tracking number to eBay on the dispatch day so as to allow the buyers to track their shipments from the beginning. We have explained the specific buyer that Canada Post and Canada Customs were not under our control. If the item was urgent for this Canadian buyer, then why didn't he buy it from Canada, and selected a seller from Greece?
James Akey is definitely a horrible troublemaker who blames the seller for everything bad may happen. eBay have understood this, and so they removed his unwarranted and vindictive negative feedback soon after we reported him.
eBay sellers are strongly advised to insert "dec82004" in their blocking buyer list; otherwise they will have to fight with dozens of messages, item-not-receipt cases, and negative feedback left in cold blood!

Even though this is an old post, You can surely report the seller for posting your information to the public, He think that smart by using this site. But it is against policy. He breaking policy by providing your information, He will banned immediately. You can also take him to court and sue him
Also some of his accusation and yours are both cry baby.
Packaging: Have you order on amazon lately, They just toss your shit in the box
Seller: Once we shipped the item, We are not held repsonsible for the carrier or custom. If you open the case and the item delivered, The seller will win the case once it is appeal.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site.
