He bought NAD receiver ($2139.00) from me then after 4 he wanted to return saying it does not work. So I accepted the return so eBay emailed him a label (USPS) Once he got the label he forged it. He copied the just the tracking and made a USPS label with a random address in the same city and the ZIP I live in and shipped junk box with book in it. So when eBay tracks it, it showed as delivered. This person should be arrested, I have informed this to to local police department. I just can't believe this person has been doing this for last 3 years.
