This buyer, three times (same emails and paypal account) but different names.

First time, it's Linda Goldman, then Lexydon Ventures, and the last time Patrick Cullen.

He/she, bought something from me three times, first time he tried to get refund but I won.

Second time, he open charge-back claim (unauthorized transaction) on Paypal, he won and I had to refund and lost 20$ fee to Paypal.

Third time, he did it again and got refund including me lost another 20$ to paypal charge back fee.

I am trying to find a way to block him from purchasing things. Please be careful this fraud buyer who already had three names purchasing things from my online store.
