Buyer purchased 2 items then did a charge back 2 weeks after delivery with no way to fight it through amazon. Amazon requiring us to send them the tracking information that they can get from themselves with one click! Responded to their request via the email they sent and then 7 days later they gave a refund and said we didn't respond. Turns out the reply email we sent was to a nonreply email that didn't tell us it bounced back. Amazon dinged us for a full refund for our custom handmade items without making the buyer return them.

Messaged the buyer in an attempt to get the items returned but with seeing this phone number reported on here a lot for the same thing I doubt anything will happen and can't find a way to get ahold of anyone at amazon. Total BS and now our little mom and pop shop are out over $100!
