The part you sold me was defective, you did not want to do an exchange so you became very agitated and said I dont know what Im talking about, threatened me then refunded my money, so based on your behavior I decided I did not want to have any future issues with my own customers, the second "part" you speak of I requested a refund via Ebay as your negative feedback showed you had an uncontrollable temper which shows you cant take any criticism. Extremely hostile/unprofessional seller. Steve has been nothing but honest and reliable every time that I have come across his business. I trust his knowledge and know from first-hand that he has never been the type to “steal”.

I have worked with Steve since 2013 on a variety of repair, maintenance and installation projects. also there is no cost for these posts, so you are insanely full of it, and you should re-read the IP addresses of EACH post, they sometimes change, other times they are the same... not all of the comments I have personally left have the same IP.
