I have had the same experience. Ashley Cannington aka Ashley Jongerden also took my money for a kids hoodie and so far I have not received a thing. The customer service is terrible and I can only conclude that it must be a scam.

Wish I had of seen this before I ordered & paid her - took money for Frozen shoes & necklace - surprisingly got the shoes but no necklace. Maybe I should consider myself lucky compared to some. One week the parcel is coming from Australia the next from China, Australia Post always loses my parcel ... apparently.... she's already shipped it twice.... she has proof...

I have now been waiting for 9 weeks on a Queen Emoji Quilt cover which I paid via Direct deposit into her account, I have contacted her, I have been given loads of excuses and when she stopped responding I contacted her on page , only to be told I will be banned ,
I will start sending private messages to every single one of her customers with this link, so that they don't get scammed as well.

We also had a terrible experience with this lady. We got our $350 back eventually but after alot of lies, threats and hassle. We went to fair trading, our bank and police.

Im also waiting for a doona I had ordered in May 2018 after emailing her a number of times she keeps telling 7days if it isn't delivered this week I will go to NCAT and put a complaint in. She is fraudulently taking money and not producing the goods, she does not have a current ABN as I checked ASICs sight her ABN was cancelled 2016 in Queensland. She emailed me today to inform me she has registered now with ASIC. Perhaps we should start a group and and report to NCAT about her bad dealings.POWER IN NUMBERS.

Next was the money bounced snd didnt commit. The it was so sorry the money did go in we just dodnt see it. The it was we will post immediately and you will recieve in 7 buisness days. 1 month later she is reposting again. What a low life.. using a child as an excuse. Hope she gets hit by a truck

Do not recommend. I paid way too much for a disney queen quilt cover. It took much longer to arrive than she stated. I assumed I was purchasing local aussie goods, but thr package arrived from china and is of very poor quality and execution. If I had known in advance, I would never have made the purchase.

she doesnt do refunds and will just block you on facebook when you keep asking her for one. Threatening her with the police, asic even fair trading doesnt seem to worry her. keep far far away and dont buy. use paypal only (dont send as a friend) so you can get your money back easily.

She was going by Kids Custom Creations on Facebook. Seemed legit even had several competitions going. If I had known she was a fraud and a scammer I wouldn't have sent her the 40$ for a unicorn dress. Alas I will never be buying anything off of Facebook unless I am within driving distance from now on.

I have just realised I’ve been scammed, was waiting 2 months for some kids shoes and she finally admitted she ordered them from China, where her page makes it look like she has the stock. Who knows if the shoes will ever come. I was given the same 3-4 week line, but now she is using COVID as the excuse.

This woman took money from me for a dress purchased from her for my grandaughters birthday back in March. Swore it was delivered in April but no tracking number and then refused to respond any further. Said she was related to kids alive clothing, so I contacted them and then copped a heap of abuse from them bacuase she was not related to the website at all. Dress wont fit my grandaughter now even if it does arrive. Reported her to facebook but probably nothing will happen there. Off to thr bank, police and dept of fair trading now.
