Details: | This buyer purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo long sleeved shirt from me and upon receipt told me that it was unlike his other 17 32-33 shirts in that it didn't fit. He said he would await my response before leaving feedback. As we have a return policy (30 days) I granted his return categorized as "didn't fit" which means, per eBay policy, that he has to ship it back to me. It was free shipping to him by the way. A few days later he left me negative feedback saying "sellers products are mislabled, size was incorrect" not referring to me somehow putting the wrong size in the listing, but rather that I, on behalf of Ralph Lauren, put the wrong size label on the shirt, as if I'm the manufacturer! I messaged him kindly asking why he left negative feedback when I granted his return immediately and he responded, "I will not pay to return ship...PERIOD." This man does not comply with eBay policies and thinks he's somehow above the rules. I've petitioned to eBay for the feedback to be removed and they've promised it will be once the return period clears on July 20th but I've already blocked him from buying and unless you want a similar experience with an unreasonable man, you might want to as well. |
