If that fails returns item in damaged condition and leaves negative feedback. eBay must have a documented history of him doing this because; when I went to get the feedback removed they said they would see if he had a history of this. The lady helping me said "oh my, he is naughty little boy". She removed his feedback then and there. |

Bonjour , lors d'un achat sur Ebay pour un objet acheté env 50 euros = pistolet à eau du 19eme siècle et objet reçu était une sorte de sifflet en plastique de 1940 et non en métal= rien à voir se méfier des photos...
suite a emails , le vendeur ne voulait rien entendre.
J'ai fini par porter plainte sur Paypal , et via leur site ai demandé un remboursement partiel afin de ne pas payer de frais de retours.
Le vendeur contestait toujours.
J'ai fini par avoir avec Paypal le remboursement total , avec les frais.
le comte du vendeur a été débité , et n'ayant pas apprécier d'avoir loupé la vente , a écrit à Paypal que l'objet retourné était abîmé ,pourtant bien protégé,je ne suis pas la poste.
Cette affaire a eu lieu en octobre 2015.
que font mes coordonnée ,tel,email ,pseudo,adresse perso sont sur ce site.
Vengeance du vendeur.
Pour moi ces informations n'ont rien a y faire ,il y a atteinte a la personne et aux infos personnelles.
