Sellers once you see this person try buying something from you, refund and ban him. He will use declined credit cards to buy high ticket items. He's just a total waste of time. You call him up, he will refuse to answer the phone. Once you get voice mail, his greeting, is duh duhh uhh uuhhh when you call it. This idiot will purposely violate your polices that are repeated numerous times infront of him. Just avoid this idiot!
