Buyer won eBay auction, paid, I sent item, he says it doesn't work (it worked fine when I shipped it), keeps bugging me for a refund. I tell him to send the item back, I give him a refund (foolishly, before I got the item back, my mistake), now buyer has ghosted, no returned item, no replies. Apparently he lives in Georgia, the country (Gruzija, Sakartvelo), but has items shipped to a US address (Inex Group), which forwards the parcels to Georgia.
