| Details: | The "buyer" works in BOC Gas & Gear, Bristol and in December, he bought a gas controller box from me (delivered on the 16th Dec) Tonight (02/02/2021) at 9pm (well outside of office hours) he has just opened a case claiming "that they did not authorise this purchase" [note] he did not do this through eBay but has instead tried to run the scam through PayPal instead I will contact BOC Gases and report his behaviour to them as this is simply criminal and I hope in no way a reflection on a very respectable company; perhaps hes buying goods from other sources and selling them through the shop and pocketing the difference? I am shocked that someone would do this and will contact the police and take further action against this "buyer" if need be The world would be so much better without people like this in it |

Police arent going to do shit about anything. Whatever that gas controller is if it has anything to do with his meter or uses something that the company hasnt issued, then the asshole is waiting to get fired for putting the company at liability. The fact that you could prove that he works for a Gas company and bought something related to his work should of been open and shut. The asshole can hide behind paypal but if you know his credit card company i would add them to the crime of ading and abedding.
