This buyer always finds a reason to get their items for free. All of the feedback is negative accusing sellers of faulty product. We sold them (I am sure it is only one person) a brand new sealed laptop screen from HP that we purchased from an excess bid that we do a lot of. After attempting first to try us for not receiving the item with tracking for refund switched to screen is DOA and used. Stay away from this bottom feeder. They still give negative feedback to all sellers even after stealing the part. A sign of a failing company on it's way down. Look at their feedback history for yourself and you will see.
