High Value Item on Ebay, to a total stranger, place the debt to a collection agency and make sure you have proof of debt owed. Make sure you shipped to the confirmed address and she initiated the transaction. Send her a collections letter with a prepaid shipping label. Send the items via certified mail with return receipt. Give her 30 days to return the item, then send the bitch to collections.
