Details: | Lee Moreton has a Honda NSR125 that hasn't been in production for years. He needed a rear caliper pin, that is out of production, so he asked if I could make him a titanium one. I offered to model his existing pin in CAD and have a production run of them made
I also said I sell caliper pins that were similar but not as long as the one he wanted and I had diagrams in my listings showing the dimensions, so he knew what he was getting.
He bought it, he tells me it didn't fit, then raises an item not described dispute. He said he sent me the pin back, but I had a note from Royal mail saying there wasn't enough postage. So I paid the postage. He'd cut out the used stamp from the padded envelope I'd sent him and selotaped it to a white envelope that was ripped with nothing inside it.
He gets a full refund from Ebay (which they took from me) then leaves me negative feedback saying I'd sent him the wrong part. |
