Sold a set of Pyrex bowls to the customer. Alleges that one bowl arrived perfect but the other two were broken but the way she described taking the bowl out could not have happened with how I packed it. Sent pictures of the broken bowls and they were completely shattered into 100s of pieces like beaten with a hammer not like they would have broken in shipping especially with the safeguards I put in place when shipping.
