Stripe, the payment processor, said that the charge was guaranteed to be covered if it was fraudulent, but the buyer told his bank that the 6 brand new cables that the manufacturer sent him were "defective, damaged, or not as described" so they not only gave him the 286.14 but let him steal the merchandise as well.
