Buyer made the winning bid for an item and never paid or responded to my communication. She has 100% positive feedback, no mentions of other cases of being a deadbeat. After a month of not receiving payment or hearing from her, I'm seeing new positive feedback which states that she is purchasing other items. Whatever's convenient for her, I guess.
