Details: | Customer claimed non-receipt of the item (non-tracked, letter package) and opened the case. We offered to send a replacement. Customer agreed and we did. Right after we sent and advised him, he complained to eBay and eBay provided full refund. Customer is not responsive since (multiple messages sent to him) and now has (potentially) 2 items and full refund. He is now blocked from our eBay and all online stores |
