Buyer is a scammer.

Once Buyer makes contact with you regarding a listed item, he will request an invoice and ask whether you can ship an item to another address for a family member (and thereby violate PayPal's requirements for seller protection). After you advise him to designate the intended shipping address at checkout, he will ghost you (presumably because he knows his scam won't succeed).
