Files fraudulent claims of non receipt when they specifically say in their emails that they have received them. Beware of this customer especially if you do not use tracking for international orders. They will claim non receipt and even if you include your correspondence in the claim they know they will be refunded. Also files claims to have the customs fees refunded since they do not want to pay for the fees their own country charges as importer of goods from the USA.
