eBay buyer birmancatlvr mis-used/abused eBays return system to receive a full refund on an item she used.
Buyer claimed an item was not as described to receive free return shipping even though she received exact item that was pictured.
She was supposed to send back the item in brand new condition however buyer, Terri Virgin, sent back a used/worn item with cat hair in it and smelling of perfume. eBay granted her a full refund and included the shipping cost of her return. She scammed the system.
