Agreed price ex postage, then changed his mind and begged me to cover postage. As soon as I agreed he said he wanted to pick it up at cheaper price. I agreed. He inspected the item, said he was happy and picked it up. He later said it was wasn't working and tried to claim full refund and excessive travel costs. Threaten to inform police and court action. He's a conman trying to extort money - beware!
