Feedback extortion expert - Threatens to, and will leave negative feedback if you do not agree to returns past 30-days even for an item this buyer broke herself. She owned this item and used it for over a month and told us if we didn't take it back for a refund over a month later she'd leave negative feedback --- she did this, and evidence that she's done this to many other sellers in the past (look at her feedback left for others); it's a mountain of red complaints. I don't think you could please this buyer, better just block and cancel she's more trouble than she's worth.
