The buyer promptly left a negative feedback stating that he had encountered a problem with his wifi card which he had been able to resolve after a reboot. The buyer never contacted me about this issue before leaving the negative feedback. In March 2016, the buyer opened a return request with Amazon stating that he now wants to return the computer.
