Details: | I sold John Pinkos a Laptop for Parts/Repair on eBay. In my listing I said I could turn the laptop on and feel it running but nothing came on the screen and that two lights came on, that's how I described it. He emails me after receiving it saying that it wasn't running and only one light came on. Being the honest seller that I am and wrongly assuming other people are honest to, I offered to Pay for his Return Shipping and give him a full refund believing the item had been further damaged during shipping. I receive the item back, plug it in and it works exactly as I described. Because I'd already agreed to the Return and Refund eBay says there's nothing I can do. John Pinkos leaves me negative feedback and I am out Shipping both ways. |
