| Details: | Buyer claims lamp is damaged & repaired, and is trying to extort a partial refund. Buyer has a history of doing this on AT LEAST 2 other occasions, as evidenced by the "negative" feedbacks left for him on eBay. In my correspondence with a seller who left him a "negative," the seller describes him as a "hustler" who bullied him for a partial refund. This is an obvious abuse of Buyer Protection Program. Well, he got no refund from me, and was reported to eBay, for whatever good that will do. Thanks to badbuyerlist.org for allowing buyers to be brought into the light of day, which does NOT happen with eBay |

thank you for posting this. I had a terrible problem with this same buyer - only this time he opened up a 'items not received' case against me on ebay. Priority mail tracking info indicates the package was DELIVERED. Tried to scam me out of over $100. He seems to change user ID's as well, watch out !

Also tried cheating our auction house, claimed damage and then would not provide proof. Screamed about filing a cc dispute. Larry and Barry are brothers and thieves.
