The believe the buyer failed to read our policies in detail. As a courtesy, I reached out to the buyer, as we do with all buyers, to inform them of our policy, to no avail. After that, in accordance with our policy, we canceled the transaction. The negative feedback was inaccurate and in my opinion, vindictive. If the buyer responded, we would not have had this issue and the buyer would've received the item. We did nothing wrong. As a small black woman owned business, we have to take precautions.
