Purchased a 12" Cal June mooring buoy but claimed to bank that purchase was unauthorized, UPS says that package was refused and sent back but we have never received the buoy back. Either someone stole Brad Williams's credit card and purchased this, OR, Brad Williams is lying. Purchase total with freight = 279.44. Bad buyer! Do not sell to this person!
