Aasim Khan (Disability Adjudication Clerk at Ministry of Community and Social Services Scarborough, Ontario, Canada Hospital & Health Care) purchased skin care items from us for the equivalent of USD 57 on April 12, 2015 and we shipped it to him the next business day tracked, tracking nr. RR549961170CZ. The shipment was signed for delivery on April 18, as can be verified by a lookup on Post Canada's website.

Mr Khan, in violation of our clear terms he explicitly agreed to before paying for his order, filed a "never received" chargeback for the merchandise on July 29, 2015 and as per our contract gave us by this act permission to publish the details of the transaction as well as his professional and further identifying personal details.

We did not find any recorsd of communication from Aasim Khan that he did not receive his order, instead he made us incur its full cost plus a $20 chargeback fine. In our view the evidence clearly shows a fraudulent chargeback on at the very least a gross violation of the contractual agreement we have with Mr. Khan. We have evidence to support our claims in the form of proof of delivery, proof of shipping (incl. tracking number), IP records from his machine to our server that we have a contractual agreement, etc.
