Bought used video game that only came with the video game and case. Filed a returns claim saying that there was no instruction manual (which was not listed as coming with it and did not show one). Filed as missing pieces, false claim, will not withdraw. Kept video game for two weeks so I am assuming they played the game, no longer want it, and just want money back. Does not respond to questions and just keeps telling me to refund them, bad scamming buyer.
