Isha nimeshi Premathilaka is a very amateur inexperienced thief.
bought US modern currency banknotes and insisted i ship them from Canada using regular mail. Instead i smelled the scam and shipped them tracked mail.
After a while he started complaining and asked for a refund claiming the items never arrived. Luckily tracking shows delivered and his siganture. when he could not play the game of loss any more he claims that the letter is damaged :-) A very beginner thief and we wish him luck in his future scams.
