Ordered two LED bulbs worth $34.99 plus $4.99 shipping. Email us saying one of the bulbs is DOA and asked for a refund. Since he said the LED section and the plastic base separated when he tried to take off the bubble wrap (it is seal with a piece of tape only, not tight), so I know he is laying. I offered him to send him a new bulb for $6 to cover the shipping and he refused and opened a Paypal dispute. A week later Paypal email me saying the buyer quoted the shipping cost to return the bulbs is $26.xxUS and asked if I can pay for it. Of course a big fxxxing NO!!! When I received the bulbs, both of them shows signs of usage. I email the buyer and requested to close the dispute or report him and he said I sold used bulbs to him. If you lie once, why not twice?! Fxxxing guy!!!
