Scammed us three times before we became wise. She complains about every single transaction and opens A-Zs almost immediately. We insisted on a return the last time and as soon as the tracking information showed that we had received the return parcel, (and I mean within three minutes), she is on the phone to Amazon demanding her refund. Another time she claimed that an item that we send was used, (it was not), but to avoid a negative we sent her another. Surprise surprise it turned up for sale on eBay. Avoid at all costs.
