If you look to the questions and answers section another seller states the same as I had. We understand clearly this ad because we had the product in our hands. We knew that four packages is referring to four bottles. This is why it says 'TWO PACKAGE DEAL.' We informed Beverly that if she wasn't satisfied she could return for a refund. We do not approve a refund as we fulfilled her order correctly. However stupid Amazon gave her money back Amazon funded. So stupid Amazon refunds and loses money when things are as plain as day.
