its your word vs hers. You should keep records of every package that is succecssfully shipped and delivered. If you sell clothes, taking pictures prior to shipment. And get 3rd party insurance to cover any claims. So if you have 3rd party insurance and the buyer makes a claim you get your insurance rate back. Make the buyer complete a form and sign it. making them legally liable for any fraudulent statements. Give it to the insurance company and then let them worry about it.
