Made every single excuse and lie trying to steal merchandise from company. Cant even read anything whatsoever and deliberately tries to violate the legal agreement she had with company. She knew the item was shipped and 24 hours later files a deliberate fraud dispute and then escalates claim for the sole purpose of trying to steal merchandise. Had every single email and other methods of contact but at no time bothered to do so. Tried to hide behind her false dispute to steal merchandise. Item delivered the next day and she kept dispute open! Total mail order fraud.
