Sellers dont have to do jack shit. The reality is the more you let a buyer get away with things the worse they get. Some buyers are nothing but worthless assholes that will do anything to try to get things for free by making up fraud claims and lying. Do you really think they give 2 shits about you? I would not pay for a buyer's shipping for a return, I would not allow them to install things they know nothing about. You advertise something, they legally agree to terms and conditions and you finalize the transaction, next customer. The item was clearly stated, pictured and advertised. The bitch received exactly what she saw, what the moron did after that is her fucken problem not yours.
