Details: | Buyer bought a Montblanc wallet from me for 140 euro.
I posted the item by registered mail.
Then when the item arrived in Brazil (their address is a PO Box), they instructed the post office to "return" it to me without any communication with me about it whatsoever.
On the very same day, they opened a case with Paypal for their money back.
Of course, needless to say, Paypal sided with them and issued them a full refund (incl postal charges) within days.
And to this day, I NEVER got the item back in the mail.
I have been trying to speak to the buyer...but they NEVER responded to any of my emails.
I have spoken to Correios of Brazil as well as my post office, but I have yet to hear back from them.
My hunch is that the buyer has taken delivery of the item and then somehow managed to have the Brazilian post office put in "Return to sender" for the package status.
Avoid this buyer at all cost, who is most cunning and deceitful.
