Bought a titanium bolt for £4.50
Emailed saying item hasn't arrived and asked for 2 bolts as a replacement.
I asked him to raise an item not received dispute and pointed out to him that we can't trade in future as stated in my policies.

Refunded him in full and blocked him.

Without the full explanation. This person is high risk to trade with.
