Husband and wife team of scammers George and Linda Brown ordered small part for an Aprilia Scarabeo moped. Once received, scammers claimed the part was incorrect and wanted another one sent to them. Then scammer George Brown filed a Paypal dispute and claimed that he never received the part, despite having sent the seller a photo of the part and the packing slip.
