Asks to purchase outside of eBay. I turned down his offer, and he bid on and won several of my items. Started asking me to cancel other auctions that other people had won, and to sell them to him. When I said no, he claimed he didn't want some of the items he bid on and won. Wanted me to ship to Canada, which was fine with me, but didn't want to pay full price for shipping outside the US. Actual shipping price was taken from USPS.com, and yet he wanted a $10 discount on shipping. I became firm with him and told him he needed to pay for what he bid on, and that the shipping terms were already set and he knew of them beforehand. He then arbitrarily decided he didn't want any of the items, and bluntly stated he wouldn't be paying for any of them. Horrible buyer, wants you to break the rules of eBay and give him discounts for no real reason. Steer clear.
