Details: | He has bought a mobile handset with description that mentioned a burned-in damage to the screen (some app icons have left screen marks permanently) and after almost 3 weeks he fills a return cause the screen has a "burned-in damage" and the item is "not as described" - clearly either lying or never read a description in the first place, but should have returned it much faster then. |
