Also I want to note that in your images the outside of the radio clearly shows the radio has been manipulated and altered as the upper switches are completely missing from the radio, which can only happen after somebody have dismantled the radio removing the internal electronic board from the radio itself. Completely unbelievable. I don't accept your return request.
