As long as your terms and conditions are perfectly spelled out and its "i agree I accept" on your checkout with a required checkmark, and you specify your returns policies in clear view, your covered. The buyers are totally clueless and still try to get away with everything under the sun. The chargeback fee is $10 ONLY some places charge $35.
