her and her husband tried to get funds back 2x times, after we cancelled their move in due to fraudulently trying to obtain keys from an unsuspecting concierge without move in payment for rents, we refunded them back the monies paid this far not wating to have anything to do with this couple on May 6, 2016, they turned right around and went to their bank on May 9th doing a chargeback for V83 reason code (do not recognize the charge reason code), AFTER receiving a refund from us in an effort to obtain double the money back.
