She claims the item smells of smoke, no one here smokes, and the item was new until she got a hold of it. It's only a $4.88 purchase $10 with shipping, yet she insists upon her money back and no return. Then turns into a demanding Karen. $10 and proving a point is not worth dealing with a person of this caliber. Karma will make it right.
